Kampala Police say they have so far arrested three suspects in connection with a viral CCTV video circulating on social media, which shows a man being attacked, allegedly at Gwanda Shopping Mall in Kisenyi, near the Kisenyi Taxi Park. The revelation came a day after the police cleared many street vendors from the roadsides. The move has raised concerns about downtown security, as some claim to have been rendered jobless.
