Veteran politician and retired colonel Dr. Kizza Besigye has refused to enter a plea on charges of treason and misprision of treason. Appearing before High Court Justice Emmanuel Baguma, Besigye said he is tired of repeatedly facing treason charges and chose not to enter any plea without advice from his lawyers.
