Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu had a rough time campaigning in Gulu City on Saturday. Although he was officially scheduled to be in the city, all roads leading into town were blocked by military and police officers. Several members of his team, including police officers deployed by the Electoral Commission, were beaten. Despite the beatings, Kyagulanyi and his team made it to the campaign venue.
