your stupid example of food sensitivities looks more like a toothache … people using software insertions of examples need to be more tuned in than just doing slick attempts to be artistic. We are to dumbed down that we need an example inserted for every word.

In case no one else has mentioned it here, and, if you are like me and crunch them while you're drinking your beverage (after they've soaked of course) they can easily get stuck in your teeth and that can create its own frustration. Am not saying NOT to munch on them, but just BEWARE! YOU DONT WANT A trip to the dentist as a result. I love the results of adding them to my room temp beverages.

Yes! You can get terrible constipation from dry chia seeds πŸ˜… If you ever overdo your chia then whole bean black coffee will unblock you! πŸ˜‚

    Hydrated (soaked) is wisest! ❀

I made a major mistake when I tried them. I did a quarter cup and I just mix them in with the beans I was eating. I didn’t soak. I wasn’t aware that they swell up to 12 times their size. The constipation was so painful that I could not even stand. I’ll never do that again.

"you'll regret it" if you rest more than 2tbsp a day? Why? I don't regret it. And they form gel just fine in hot water. I put them in my oatmeal and they soak up just fine with that hot water.

Actually, when the natives would eat in Aztec, they would eat them straight. They can be eaten in small amounts, they would use them to sustain for traveling on foot. They would make them into flour and make breads and such. It provides a powerful way to endure the elements, and they became great runners!
